All products in display are eligible for delivery to all major parts of Belize which includes Corozal, Orange Walk, Cayo, Belize City, Ladyville and 8 miles, Stann Creek, Punta Gorda, Caye Caulker and San Pedro.

Price for Shipping and Handling will vary according to weight/dimensions of package, delivery service used and/or delivery distance from Belize City to the package destination. Small Packages will have a flat rate for shipping and handling. If you are located in Belize City, you can pick up your order at the physical store location or we can deliver it to your door using a local delivery service within Belize district limits. If you are located outside Belize district, its your responsibility to pick up your package at the service location you chose in your district and pay for the delivery fee at the location. (Delivery fee is not included in the payment option).
Delivery time is targeted between 1 to 3 business days and may go up to 7 business days depending on number of orders over time. Orders may be delayed due to holidays and unnatural events that are beyond control. You will be notified if any delay happens on your order through email, text, or phone call. Please include Address based on Belize for delivery, Glory Store operates only in the country of Belize, any orders containing delivery address outside of Belize will be cancelled.
We accept cash payment in Belize Dollars through Zitropay, Western union, BPMS money transfer, and delivery within Belize City. Bank transfers and deposits are acceptable at four major banks which include Heritage Bank, Scotia Bank, Atlantic Bank, and Belize Bank.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and Heritage Proprietary Card, these include six of the Credit Union Cards, Zitro Cards, and National Bank Cards. When the Credit/Debit Card option is selected, you will be transferred to a secure page to make card payment. The billing information from the checkout page will be transferred to this payment page also. After making payment, you will be sent to the final page which will illustrate whether your payment is successful or not, also you will receive an email confirming this. You may return any item purchased from Shopglorystore.com at Glory Store. This can be done physically through Glory Store at 14 Orange Street Belize City or through mail-package using delivery services such as BPMS, Tropic Air, Ocean Ferry, and Speedit.

If you failed to follow any of these steps, the return order will be labelled unsuccessful and you will receive an email with reasons on why it was unsuccessful. Depending on the reasons, you may be directed to redo the process with a better understanding on how to return the product following the guidelines. Please feel free to contact us if this happens, we will try our best to help. You can opt for an exchange or refund after a successful returned order.
For returned damaged or defective product covered under warranty, we will send it to professional services for repair. The process will take between 7 to 20 business days after receiving the product at Glory Store. If the product is fixed, we will send the product back to you. Charges for delivery will not be covered when sent back. When you receive the product, ensure it works as intended. If the product is deemed unrepairable, you can opt for an exchange or refund. Products under warranty will be labelled “Eligible under warranty for a set amount of length,” in the product’s description.
If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or not the product you ordered on arrival. You can request an exchange for the product you want, or another product of similar value. If the other product is valued more, you have to pay the difference in price.
NOTICE if you request an exchange before returning the product, please follow the guidelines to ensure a successful return, an unsuccessful return may result in cancelling the exchange order and redoing the process. After a successful return, the product received will be exchanged for the new requested product and sent through a delivery service. The process will take between 1 to 3 business days after receiving the product at Glory Store. If the product is exchanged on personal demands( this does not include DOA goods), any charges from delivery services must be paid in full.
To qualify for a refund, you must issue a refund order through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) mentioning the reason for a refund. You will be given guidelines on how to return the product back to us to ensure a successfully return. After the product is physically returned in the store and carefully inspected for any abnormalities not mentioned in the refund order email, the order will be reimburse in the same way you paid for them. The refund process will take 5 to 10 business days after inspection of returned product.
NOTICE: A refund cannot be processed if you received the product for more than 10 calendar days. Depending on the reason you mention on the refund order mail, you may not qualify for a reimbursement but you may qualify for an exchange of product. If the returned product have any problems not mentioned in the refund order email, you may receive partial to no reimbursement depending on the issue. An unsuccessful return order may result in cancelling the refund order and redoing the process. Most nonreturnable products are also not refundable, but you can still contact our email to make sure the product qualifies for a refund.
